Why is India losing in Australia?

Why is team India still in alosing track after the change in captensy.I think the answer is in our batting and bowling order. Indian batsmen who are the best in world are not even trying to fight if ther is alittle bit movement or bounce in pitch.While bowlers are also not bowling in even Wacca one of the best bowling track in world.I think we would better play only in Indian soil and not in outside,then India will become world number one and will be the best team in world.So I think India should play only in India or try to bat in pace tracks or atleast try to fight a little.
